Friday Food: Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

Here is a high-protein twist on a delicious smoothie that can help you recover from an intense workout or serve as a quick breakfast option.

  • 1 cup of 1% Milk
  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt (unflavored or full-fat option)
  • 1 tbsp of skippy natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
  • 1 banana

  • Add milk and yogurt to a blender bottle (i.e. magic bullet)
  • Add protein
  • Slice banana and add to the rest of ingredients
  • Top of with peanut butter
  • Blend and enjoy!
