Ingredients:
- 1 cup of 1% Milk
- 1/4 cup of greek yogurt (unflavored or full-fat option)
- 1 tbsp of skippy natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
- 1 banana
Directions:
- Add milk and yogurt to a blender bottle (i.e. magic bullet)
- Add protein
- Slice banana and add to the rest of ingredients
- Top of with peanut butter
- Blend and enjoy!
