We are big on sitting
as little as you can to make sure your body doesn’t lock up and tighten
down. For this one we dug back into the
Mobility WOD archives to find some of the basic yet highly effective mobility
drills to help reverse the effects of sitting down. These are great ideas and easy to implement
to make sure you decrease the risk of hip pain and even low back pain that you
don’t need.
