Mobility Monday: Recovering Slack, Post Injury


We talk plenty about how important shoulder ROM is for you and it is especially important to get back after an injury.  In this installment of Mobility Monday the guy destroyed his collar bone (clavicle) which we hope not everyone has something that is this severe when it comes to injury but it gives a full picture of it.  


The main focus in this video is restoring motion and movement through the pec which is hugely important.  So many things can go wrong when your shoulder starts getting pulled into chronic internal rotation and your shoulders roll forward.  Take some of these ideas to get started in your journey to shoulder correction.
