If there are any joints you want to have full range of motion (ROM) in your hips and your shoulders are it. You will be able to have more ROM in your shoulders, or at least you should, compared to your hips but they both are vital as they allow the joints downstream to do what they need to do. Here Dr. Starrett looks at a starting point for a shoulder mobilization and also a great hip mobilization that you'll want get started with as well.
What It Fixes:
-Immobile Shoulders
-Radiating Pain Downstream (potentially)
-Adductor Tightness
-Restrictions in ROM
