Mobility Monday: Sleeping-Save Your Neck and Shoulders
We talk quite a bit fixing areas of pain and mobilizing tissue in order to feel better. We have also harped on what sitting to much can do to you and wreak havoc on your body. But what about sleeping? We do it anywhere from 1/4-1/3 of our life (maybe more depending on the person) and it can cause us just as many problems as being active and working out if we don't do it correctly.
