Mobility Monday: Ankle Mobility-Self Mulligan Technique

If you're a crossfitter and doing lots of box jumps or any type of high velocity movement that is requiring you to land well and in proper position these mobility movements are meant for you.  This is also a money one for anyone who is a runner.

Ankle mobility is a huge thing for any athlete and if it goes away everything up the chain starts to get put into really bad positions.  Tight ankles can cause your feet to lose their ability maintain an arch, cause your knees to collapse in during stance and force your hips into more internal rotation.  All of these things we don't want because it is going to set us up for poor duty cycles and a couple thousand of those and we are setting ourselves up for injury.
